    Hello,

I created a JA content slider module and I selected “Image Folder” on “Select Source” field. How can I add captions to the images, without assigning those images to articles? I didn’t find it.

    Thank you,
    Joana

    Hi Joana,

I’m afraid that it’s pretty hard to achieve that. As when you select “Image Folder” under “Select Source” field. It will loads image from a specific folder but you can’t know exactly each images will map with caption in this case.

    Regards

That’s were I thought until I read this:
“The module supports 3 content types: Joomla, K2 articles from selected categories and images from a folder. If you select to use images from a folder, you can add title and description for each of images in the folder”

I just confirmed with the team with this feature, we’re terribly sorry for that confused info in JA Content Slider module info page. It’s corrected now

    Thank you for your feedback
