When we use the News Layout our images aren’t displaying… See the following screenshot for example http://awesomescreenshot.com/07c3zwtv0e

They appear in the backend article however they don’t show through on the front..
I think the div class the images are in is “ja-thumb”.

Please investigate and resolve as soon as possible.

Thank you for your response.

Please check the Testimonials page – This is using the news layout however the small images inside div class “ja-thumb” aren’t displaying.

Please also remove your previous image as this contains sensitive content.

HI I fixed the issue directly on your site .
News layout does not shows the images in introtext by default its designed in this way .
Here the changes
file “/html/com_content/category/news_item.php” in template “ja_medicare”.
changed this code

<?php echo MedicareHelper::removeImages($this->item->introtext); ?>
into this

<?php echo $this->item->introtext; ?>

Now it will show images .
