Enable Thumbnail for Joomla content Plugin….Go to plugin manager and enable it

The plugin is and was enabled and does not resize in blog and article view.
Still does not resize. images and images/resized folder is chmod 755 on both.???

Yeah, i think its the same problem which i have and asked a few days ago but no response so far.
