To troubleshoot, try to disable css compression in template parameters

When I look at the properties for one of your images I such as – http://the313.org/ii/images/stories/demo/gallery/gl-1.jpg I get a permissions error, “The website declined to show this webpage”. This could suggest that permissions have changed somewhere on your server. Please check the permissions of the images directory and all files therin.

I had hotlink protection on and it didnt allow access to the image folder. The issue has been resolved.
