    Hi,
I have a number of articles on a development teline III site unfortunately though when clicking through into the article’s the images seem to be stripped out of the articles.

An example article is at: http://munchichoksey.co.uk/Test/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=392:welcome-to-munchi-choksey-patient-resource&catid=99:welcome&Itemid=499 – This does actually have an image in but it’s not showing.

Does anyone have any ideas? Much appreciated if you do

    Regards,
    Rob

try to delete image dimensions in pop-up window when you select image for your article. just delete dimensions and post picture as is, dont worry about picture size, plugin will do the rest.

also, avoid articles with messy code (for example, when you c/p from word).
the best way to do that is using a good editor, JCE or other wysiwyg editor so you can “purify” text trough word plugin pop-up…

    I had problems with <span> tags also…

    Hi Krptos,
Thanks very much for the reply, it seems there are a couple of things that cause the problem so I’m sure your answer will help.

My next post contains the solution’s only from Kryptos and Lan, thank you to you both! This is the message I got back from support and it’s sorted the problem:
“In order to solve your problem,in your back-end, please open Ja_thumnail plugin, then find Integration Mode field under Plugin Parameters section and check Manual radio button.

Please view attached image for more details.

I hope this will help you much.

Please let me know if I am of any further assistance.

    Sincerely,

    Lan Anh Nguyen

Not sure if I can mark two best answers so here they are:
    Lan:
“In order to solve your problem,in your back-end, please open Ja_thumnail plugin, then find Integration Mode field under Plugin Parameters section and check Manual radio button.

    Krptos:
“try to delete image dimensions in pop-up window when you select image for your article. just delete dimensions and post picture as is, dont worry about picture size, plugin will do the rest.

    Thank you Lan and Kryptos
