I’m trying to configure JA Masshead in Ja University (J3.1) with and image and title. The title shows, but not the image. I also getting the meta description showing without actually requesting it.

I checked all configuration for css file module configuration and everything seems to be correctly configured

evidently something wrong is there.

I can suggest to open a ticket HERE so Joomlart’s dev can check into it and verify where is the error

Hi nicely,

The background image url is invalid at this time, that is why the backgound under the masshead title disappears. You should check out the image path in the Configuration Conditions of Masshead module again.

Lol. I’m not a total noob. 😉 That link has been altered. If you check the screenshot above, you will see that it was correct at the time of testing. Altering it to the correct path (or the path of any other image) makes no difference. And it also doesn’t explain the metadata description….

Hi Nicely,

Can you backup your default.php file in templatesja_universityhtmlmod_jamasshead path and ovewrite it with my attached file ?

Note: If the default.php don’t exist, you should create the same directory path and put my attached file into. Clear JAT3 cache after saving changes.

I checked nicely website to verify that all folders and files are in the correct path and have correct versions

I changed image path and also image dimensions and name

Installed again the ja_Masshead module and verified default.html in templatesja_universityhtmlmod_jamasshead folder

as i said above everything is correct but masshead still shows wrong settings so i suggested to open a ticket .

I have replaced the file. It made no difference. Given that the contents are exactly the same as the original, this is no real surprise.

Site login is included in the ticket. The ProFiles component can be used for full site file access.

Hi nicely,

The issue of masshead’s background image was fixed on your website. The ItemID should be 59 which is the ID of Opportunity menu item, not single article.
