Good day Joomlart Staff,
Im making another attempt for help. Here’s another one of your fine joomlart quickstart installed templates http://www.fontronics.net/fonemart.
1. The images in the vmfproduct is not showing and
2. The same goes for the slider.
3. As far as the stop slideshow feature nothing changes in slide. Now this is different to my JA Larix installation here http://www.fontronics.net/phonemart/ but same problem. I also used your demo along side my installation in the same browser new tab and your images and demo works properly. Guys please help us get this organized i’m about spent on this template club now.
Thanks in advance

September 28, 2008 at 9:06 pm #272922what a weird situation is this. well in order to know your server configuration there is a php command i put you here. but to i will recomend you try to delete all files and upload the quickstar ziped version and then unzip it.
the php info for to know your server configuration
<?php phpinfo(INFO_GENERAL); ?>
this command shows the most important things of the server configuration and this<?php phpinfo(); ?>
shows all the information of your installSeptember 29, 2008 at 1:30 am #272956Hi Well,
I tired all what you said already still didnt work. We have decided taht we ae just going to switch host ing company . We are having teh issue with Vodahost.com and where the installation si working is up and Rockethost.com. So we are purchasing a package there and just foget about voda casue they boast a 24hour/365 days support. We sent in a support ticket since morning and got no response. We tried calling and asnwerng machine said Mondy tru Friday . I think there site is quite misleading.
Ill do this set up shop and report back here.

September 29, 2008 at 2:18 am #272966where belk1n i am sorry that i can not help you but perhaps some configuration on that server are making difficult the site to work properly.
i use actually the hostgator service for all my needs and never has any kind of problem and the tech support always is fast i assume that hostrocket is the same. well i recomend you that open a post in the general forums in the public section and tells your history maybe this can helps another person to not pass this problem.
finally i can presume that they can the gd or gd2 library bad configured and thats is the main problem for your images. but not say anything for sure

September 30, 2008 at 5:10 pm #273299belkin did you change your isp?¿
October 1, 2008 at 4:54 pm #273455Hey, Yes i did and everything is working fine heres the link to the installation. http://www.fontronics.net/fonemart. Below is a copy of the rediculus answer i got from voda host
Images do not just vanish for no reason. You have done one of the following
1) Deleted them on you local computer.
2) Moved the image from their original location on you local computer.
3) Moved, deleted or played around with the images folder.
4)You are using a old version of BlueVodaSolution.
Re-insert the images and don’t mess around with them after you with them on your computer. BlueVoda
draws on them as an image source from the location that you have inserted
them from.Laura Dunkin
VodaHost
Your Website People!Well so much for them we changed our hosting plus there ad is very misleadimg 24hr/ 365 Days per year and when we called we get an answering mashine taht say monday to friday.
Thanks for your help. I do wish i could have figured why it was giving issues on there server as it might of helped some one else who has simular and cant affors to switch for what ever reason.

October 1, 2008 at 11:56 pm #273489well it was pretty obvious the vodahost is not a good service, in fact is very bad. well at last you have your site working pretty fine
October 2, 2008 at 1:30 pm #273607Hi Shertman ,
Yup to what you said. Im sorry though, we couldn’t with voda figure out what was wrong on their server. lost to them not me, after all they didnt seem interested either may be they are resellers. Thanks for your interest in this case lol. I guess we can dub this solved with a few minor inconveniences hhahahah. Well im happier now.
I still feel that the team here should look into these types of cases since it has so much to do with the integrity of their templates and the issues involving a lasting impression. All and all i’m still a member and will be.
Thanks again till next time.
