November 14, 2011 at 11:04 am #170684I noticed this problem today, I do not have the text aligned to the image. How to force it in order to stay tighten to the corner…
I hope to understand also why this happens as I do not change any configuration in that matter…

November 14, 2011 at 11:11 am #424574Hi Aratype
In the article editor you can set the parameters of the text alignment if you use JCE as your editor it shows you a thumbnail preview of the way the text wraps around an image or how the image appears, very much in the same way Microsoft word allows text wrapping around images and image placement. Does this help you understand or would you like a JCE tutorial made to show examples?
Also I think your site is a right to left site as an English only speaker/user I do not know if rtl imposes other wrapping considerations?

November 14, 2011 at 12:44 pm #424583Thank you! I do not think that it has something to do with JCE as some displaced images are not even modified within JCE!
Anyway, we have to know how to tighten these images with the rectangle, this will be a question for every site not only RtL.

November 14, 2011 at 1:03 pm #424587Hi Aratype
In JCE you can set the default spacing (margin).. that is the distance in px that the text moves away from the image, by default this is set to cover all areas such as left, right, top, bottom. if you untick the equal values button and set all margins to suit such as in your example right =0 should place text against left side of image. -
