    Hi there

Your Joomla installation is completely missing of the /plugins/installer folder

Since this is a Joomla core issue ( nothing to do with template ) i can suggest to reinstall Joomla or copy via ftp the plugins/installer folder after you extracted it from Joomla 3.6.2 full package zip file on your local and use again the discover feature.

i installed 3 times the template starting from zero, the problem is always the same, i works for some day then installer desappears

is it possible to reinstall the plugin manually?

if yes how can i do it?

    tnx

I already told you how to do

Download the joomla 3.6.2 full package.zip on your local

Extract it and upload on your server only folder /plugins/installer/

Then run the discover feature from joomla backend
