In firefox browser http://www.proventuresindia.com site is working properly but in IE browser a white patch is shown at bottom left of the site.

I have checked Your site with IE7, 8 and 9, but I didn’t noticed anything odd.

Could You please specify which IE version are You using?

Thanks for your reply.

#Default mode (IE browser)
In the default mode the menu and tab are coming to the second line. please see the same in the attachment(Default mode.jpg)

#Compatibility mode (IE browser)

In the compatibility mode view a small white box is appearing as posted in the previous attachment (Below Footer.jpg). I have attached file how to enable compatibility view.

Now I see from Your screenshot, that new site is http://www.proventuresindia.com/12345/

In http://www.proventuresindia.com/12345/plugins/content/ja_tabs/themes/portfolio/style.css go to line 31 (.portfolio .ja-tabs-title-top ul.ja-tabs-title li) and change width to 152.2px

About Mega Menu issue go to http://www.proventuresindia.com/12345/templates/ja_portfolio/css/menu/mega.css and change on line 12 (.ja-megamenu ul.level0 li.mega a.mega) padding: 15px 18.5px 10px 18.5px;
