Ive tried adding & in menu or direct & but it doesnt output as &.

but strange thing is i created a new position USER X , Y , Z and no styling. it shows as i wanted.

whats the method to have “&” in menu?

I am not sure that you was able to add & into a menu link, It’s generated by the joomla SEF function you would not need to modify anything there.
