You can also create a new account for ShannonN and then delete it when he has done the job or taken a look at the site. 🙂 I often do that when I have helpers or need help. That way you can always “deny” people when the job is done and you shouldn’t have any security issues at all.

Hi Bibo
We are willing to help you but as MiCCAS pointed out without admin access we cannot look properly, as a an admin we can change parameters that may be stopping things from working right, Being overseas, the time differences, don’t allow us to sit and wait for the site to go live 🙁

then have a small time to look and see what is wrong, try to contact you get you to make small change look again etc etc it would take too many hours we dont have, then again, if we did all that for you, EVERYONE would want us to make their sites for them 🙂
