With the demo site it seems that it works correctly.

This error seems to come from JS conflict. Please PM me the Admin and FTP credentials so that I can check and help you out.

@jclapes,

This error comes from the 3rd party extension which is not allowed to compress JS. Currently, you need to disable the 3rd party extension, or set “Optimize JS” to “No” via the configuration of template in backend.
