I need to customize the User13 position of the template. However, I am not finding the right place to add the code.

Where to add this CSS to User13 position?

Simply create a module class suffix and apply that suffix to the module you put in that position.

For example at the end of your template.css file add the code

.shadowback { background: url (.. / images / user-shadow.png) no-repeat scroll 100% 50% transparent;}

Then in your module in the module class suffix box put shadowback but make sure there is a space before you start typing shadowback.
