Would you please tell me why some of the categories I’ve added open to a Category List layout and others open to Category Blog layout in JA News 1.3.1?

* Latest Local News opens to Category List
* Recycling Resources opens to Blog Layout

We prefer that they open to Category List layout. How can I make them consistent?
