I would like to attached the screen picture to show some error for your helping:

– First you can see the error message at the top of page

– Second, you can see the layout is not correct.

Would love to help…but for a couple of things:

First: Can’t read the error because the image is too small.
Second: Can’t correct the layout issue without seeing the live page.
