After a user posts a job, I just found out that it shows this message, clearly showing mixed messages:

Hi,

That’s not error message, that is only a warning message to tell user that the transaction is completed. Because we use paypal IPN to post back information to site, so transaction is completed before user click return button. So when user click on return button of Paypal, the transaction process will not be done again (to avoid update twice time).
