I am sorry I didnt realised it before.. The thread link I had given you earlier tell you to modify /libraries/joomla/html/pagination.php file but this pagination file is overridden by JAT3 frameork plugin, so you need to modify plugins/system/jat3/core/joomla/pagination.php and change $displayedPage = 10 to whatever value you want.

Please remember since you will be now modifying a file from JAT3 plugin and your change will be overwritten when you upgrade the plugin, you will have to do this change again on each upgrade your perform.
