That VM – Best Sales is VirtueMart Products module – default module of Virtuemart and it will take image from imagesstoriesvirtuemartproductresized folder.

Which dimension do you want to change to for image area? since by default, the main content block has width of 970px only so if you want to increase the width for each image area, I think you should reduce the number of products displayed ( go to backend settings of this Virtuemart product module)
Then open file: /templates/ja_vintas/css/virtuemart.css, add this css rule:
div.vmgroup ul.vmproduct li a img {
width: XXX px;
height: XXX px;
}
XXX is your desired value.
Once done, clean JAT3 cache.
