How can I change the logo to double the size.

I like to LOGO to clear colour.
(I find once I change that, I affect another colour that the colour also changed. )

Hi You can follow my suggestion given here to change the logo size

And add this code in custom.css file to to adjust main nav margin with logo

.t3-mainnav .t3-navbar {
    padding-left: 180px;
}

increase the value 180px as per needs .

add this code in custom.css file
Path : /templates/your JA Template/css/custom.css
if there is no custom.css file in /css folder then create it manually

I am trying to learn and have been reading, I am looking for where teh custom.css file is located but cannot find them . I am enclosing a screen shot, do I have custom.css file.?
