I would like to raise the top of the template and put a background image instead of a color. Could anyone help me? Thank you.

Hi

In this file /templates/ja_university/css/template.css

#ja-header {
background: #10151c
border-bottom: 1px solid #000
height: 120px; <----Add this ( You can change the height as you wish )

Then you can change the background: #10151c to background: url(link to your image) that will have as height the value you choosed for the header height
