To change the width of the dropdown in Mega menu > Open template style >Purity iii > Mega menu > click on the menu item that has to drop down now select the drop-down container and add custom width in the width field.

Before conti. support can u post the question on a new thread with an active membership.
JA Brisk is Paid template and it needs an active membership to get support and downloads.
As per support policy user must have an active membership to get support and download for premium stuff.

Mega menu is handled by the Mega menu option in the template.
You can change the width of mega menu dropdown from mega menu options.
