    Hi,
    I have installed a component that has the feature to upload files but ist is not uploading the files. It takes the file but after submitting the form it doesn’t save the file. I ask the author and he wrote me this:
    “Also, make sure your template has a message position – if there are any issues uploading the file the extension will display a message indicating so, but if your template doesn’t have the message position, it may look like the upload worked when in fact it did not. “
    He sent me this:
    You’ll want to look for the following in your template’s index.php file:

    <jdoc:include type=”message” />

    If you don’t see it, I suggest adding it directly before this tag:

    <jdoc:include type=”component” />

    (You’ll definitely be able to find that one or your template wouldn’t display a big chunk of your site).

    As this is a T3 framework template, I don’t find in index.php where to to add this.

    Can you give me hand on how to solve this issue?

    Thanks,

    Tulio

    Not familiar with the Vintas template but you can find information on how to add module positions here.

    Hi,

    There’s already a message position for your template ( http://prntscr.com/1gojjb ). You may try if you like to add the code that your developer provided to you. The proper way on doing that is by editing the layout under template settings: http://prntscr.com/1gojlq

    Please let me know if that helps .
