Hi Dennisw. Could you please explain how you got the screenshot so that they can take a look at it more. They said they have changed all the ownership under buninet/teline.
You know I had a joomla rocketheme template before on buninet root. (http://www.bunibuni.net). Then I tried to install the stand alone Teline IV template using Module>install option but that did not work. So I created a directory under buninet and called it Teline. Then inside this directory I installed the quickstart Teline IV. The change they claimed they made is inside buninet/teline

I had installed the JoomlaXplorer component so I could browse your files structure (it is just a joomla component for file managment). If you let the blank page eventually time out, you can see that the problem lies initially at :
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 180 seconds exceeded in /home/buninet/public_html/teline/plugins/system/jat3/core/head.php on line 491
I browsed to that directory and saw that the ownership is set to nobody. This is a separate issue than simply changing the permissions to 7777 via CHMOD. This is more like ownership permissions (in windows) and if nobody owns it, nobody is the only one that can access it.
Once I browsed there, I just took screenshots of the directories that have nobody listed as the owner.

June 24, 2011 at 2:35 pm #398264I’m not much of a unix guy but I am pretty good at troubleshooting. Here is a tutorial on changing the ownership…http://www.unixtutorial.org/2009/02/how-to-change-ownership-of-files-and-directories-in-unix/

here is the link for my web site: http://www.karamalla.com/aga/June 24, 2011 at 6:50 pm #398293dennisw,
The problem has been resolved. The changed my php_handler from DCO to suphp and it started showing up. Now, I need to figure out other things like increasing the template width from 980 to 1120

blick_black,
the template allows you to set the width up to 980px but if you want to use more, use a percentage. I set it to 90% right now and that equates to about 1296px on my 1440×900 monitor. Setting a percentage is better than setting a fixed amount because if someone has a screen setting of 1024×768, they will have to scroll left and right on a fixed 1120 template. On a 90% (fluid) template, it is going to shift the content around (word wrap) if you look at my screen versus the person with the 1024×768. Neither of us will have to scroll left or right but the larger screen settings will get a better experience.
