Where can I found the index.php to delete the logo?

I have only found a very small index.php for t3 framework.

Please take a look in the plugins>system>jat3>base-themes>deafult>blocks directory and take a look at header.php where you should find the code you are after. Full details on modifying all these files can be found in the wiki – http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/Main_Page
