also, is it possible to insert more custom module with parallax full width in home page?

Hi,

You can put the main menu in the top by changing the order of header and video section of template.

You can change it via layout of page you’re using. Just go to Administrator Panel > Extensions > Templates > select the template style which is assigned to home page > and see which layout you’re using via Layout tab.

Then access this directory of your site in your host: ROOT/templates/ja_appolio (your default template)/tpls/

you will see the php file associated with the layout in template manager section above. Then swap line of code between header and video block.
