    Hello there,

    I could not upload any file via joomlart s3 component. When I clicked on “Upload to s3” after selecting a few files(less than 3 files), the status showed “Please wait. Initializing Upload…” and after like 20-30 minutes, then a blank alert popped up.
    The files remained unchanged and were not uploaded to s3.

    Please kindly help.

    Hi KC,
    It might be coz of large number of files to upload, it may take some time to calculate and line them up. If you are experiencing admin session issue. You can increase the session time in the global config and then try again to make sure that the upload begins or not.

    Thank you very much for your guidance! Yes, the problem has been solved after I installed this plugin: http://extensions.joomla.org/extension/admin-forever to extend my admin session. :laugh:
