I have several online tools validate my site and most of them mention that it has inline styles which appearantly isn’t a good thing; I have checked the code and it seems to be coming from the Erica template (I haven’t submitted it), attached a screendump of what I mean.

Is there a way to fix this inline styles thing/problem?

Try to unpublish Frontpageslideshow and check again?

Yes, contact them and give them the same screenshot and message and they know what to do with it.
