There are 2 additional fields, ID and certificate numbers, when one of the conditions is entered 1, the return result will be included in all fields of the contents of the 1 output, which is not what I want results.
How can I limit the number of inputs or the number of letters and verify the correctness of the input?

I’m not entirely sure of your question here, could you pls provide URL and admin login info and elaborate steps by steps to replicate it on your site? Also send us some screen shots illustrating issue so we can check.
