sorry my joomla installation run by xampp (offline installation)! when my page (over xampp) finish i load the files on my webspace

If you want to add a black line find template.css (line 1126)

#ja-slideshow-inner {
background:transparent url(../images/sl-bg.gif) no-repeat scroll center top;
}

and change to

#ja-slideshow-inner {
background:transparent url(../images/sl-bg.gif) no-repeat scroll center top;
border-bottom:1px solid black;
}
