I need to add a picture next to the google map in JA Onepage template.

What is the best way to do this?

Do I need to create another module position.

Or should I just use custom html module and have an iframe that contains a google map?

You could do it both ways, actually.

@magneticeye : On the JA Onepage template, we use a Custom HTML module (Map) to display the embed settings codes of our Google Map plugins. You can simply insert your image into that Custom HTML module and add a little HTML markup, css styles to display them as you want. I used these:

    <div class="image-next-map" style="float: left;"><img src="images/resized/images/joomlart/demo/coachcarter_240_180.jpg" border="0" alt="" />**</div>
    <div class="ja-map-footer" style="float: right;">{jamap}</div>

Make sure that you did reduce the width of map to around 800px so that there is enough space to display the image. You can see the result in my attached file.

    Thanks Leo!

That makes a lot of sense. I will use that on my next site. I ended up going with an iframe just coz I could get it done.
