I installed and activated buaxua module (position: debug)
Main Content Width: 980
Left Banner Width / Right Banner Width: 160
Left Banner Height / Right Banner Height: 600
New custom HTML module, POSITION buaxua_leftbox (buaxua_rightbox), I put in a picture but ….. nothing, nothing can be seen.

Of course, all modules are active.

I tried to install the module and it worked for me, please be sure that in the Menu Assignment section of those module you have selected them to display On all pages, could you share with me here your url for taking a look ?

Hi ffiumeciane,

I checked and was seeing a javascript error occurred at the Ja tooltip plugin that might prevent the module from working, your Ja tooltip plugin seem to an old version you can try to update it to the latest , if that still not help you can pm me the admin account as well as the FTP info for further checking 🙂

Hi fiumeciane,

I took a look and see that the file of modules/mod_buaxua_floating/buaxua_floating.js could not be executed, that’s probably the problem , you can try to change the chmod value of that file to 0755 (it’s current value is 0644)

Don’t know why the buaxua module don’t work, probably it’s conflicted with other parts of your site, Forgetting it, I created two module positions on the left and right side for you , they are adright and adleft, just assigning your module to those to see it work 🙂
