All other social outlets are working but instagram. Updated and purchased the JAEC hoping that would help, but issue is still there.

Can anyone help?

Hi @coryhenke,

Please make sure that you enable this JA Social Feed plugin first, then run the cron job again.

If it’s still a no-go after that, you can tell me specific user, tag, … from instagram where you want to import feeds. I will try on my end.

Hi Cory,

There maybe changes from Instagram so that JA Social Feed plugin can’t import feed. I’ve reported this bug to development team, they will check and fix it soon.

The cause of this issue is due to the change of site http://stagram.com/ where JA Social Feed get feed of Instagram to
http://websta.me/

To get this resolved, please open files below:
plugins/system/jasocial_feed/jasocial_feed.php
plugins/system/jasocial_feed/elements/assets/js/jat3.js

Find this line below:
widget.stagram.com

And replace it with:
widget.websta.me
