    Hi,
    I order a 24 hour install and I the installation has not been done. Nor has anyone responded to my request. Up until 2 months ago you had great customer service nor nothing. Times are hard why are you to taking care of the people that are paying. Are you trying to lose business? Nothing is more important that paying customer in business. What is going on?

    Customer support is still free, you only have to pay if you want them to do the installation for you.

    But If they offer a 24 hour install and they dont do that neither do they respond to you that is surely a bad thing :((

    Hope they respond soon, i could give you a hand with installing but thats not what you paid for.

    I paid 4 two installations. I got a reply saying it would be done. that was on the 29th. I have trird to contact joomlart for the last 2 days. Installation hasn’t been done and n o responce tile today.

    If JA is always online to support him then its odd that he has to wait 6+ days for someone to install the template expecialy when JA promises a installation within 24 hours.

    But the experience is seeing the posts from many people on the forum thats its rather uncommon that it happends within 24 hours or a week even.

    JA very good templates and bad support wich is sad as its quite easy to fix.

    Would be better if JA gives him the support he paid for wich should have happen within 24 hours, he doesnt need to make a new ticket. JA just has to step up and give him the support where he the paid hard earned money for.
