Where I can find it?
And how i can aling all text to right?

To align to right, please open file templates/ja_teline_ii/css/template.css, find following code:

body#bd {
color: #333333;
background: #FFFFFF;
}

and change to:

body#bd {
color: #333333;
background: #FFFFFF;
text-align: right;
}
