I receive the following error when attempting to install the Template JA Pariiti – please advise

Please try again
1) you put the quickstart zip file into your host
2) you access the control panel of hosting and go to the File manager to unzip this file
3) You try to complete the installation.

I did a deleted the Joomla install and did a Quick Start which worked.
