April 6, 2016 at 12:27 pm #910119Hello, I uninstalled the finder native joomla and I installed the Google’s. To do this, I created a text module with the code of Google and have published at position: head-search. Then assigned the CSS class: search search-full. And works!! But I have a problem, it does not look like the demo of Google. How could I do to improve it and make it look like the demo of Google?
Thank you very much,
Javier-

April 7, 2016 at 4:39 am #910365Hi Javier,
The search module in JA Magz II is implemented with specific style as you can see in demo here: http://ja-magz-ii.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/ . The search box will be big and stays in the middle of site.
You will need to customise style for GSE, you can also illustrate how it should be so I will give some hints.

April 7, 2016 at 8:54 am #910502Hello, I would like the search box to be similar to the demo Ja Magz II. If you could provide me any tips on changes that should make the stylesheets in, I appreciate it.
Thank you!!
Javier

April 8, 2016 at 2:19 am #910946Hi Javier,
You can use Google chrome inspect element or Firebug for Firefox. What I usually do is set Compress CSS in Template manager to No, then hover on any HTML element (i.e. button, tag, text, …) you want and right click on it and then click on inspect element, it will show you which CSS class it is using and which CSS file and the path to this element on the right side. then you can go to the file and replace it with new CSS you change.
