i have submitted a ticket, but i have not heard back and i need my sites working…like now.
So i thought i’d post something here.
i have uploaded {too many times to count} the files for the quickstart, everything loads fine.
when i go to install i enter the correct data…it is stuck on step 4. it spins like it is thinking and then refreshed the page. it will not continue on in the install.
I have searched the forum for info- but haven’t found any info on this.
I contacted Dreamhost and they said it was an incomplete install file. Anyone else have this issue?
Any suggestions? I cannot have my sites down any longer and need this done. you know how it is….

I have uploaded a different theme with the quickstart and it worked just great.
Please, someone have an answer for me. 🙂
