So…. some information would be helpful.

I assume your installing on localhost.

I’ve installed the quickstart on localhost on Xampp no problems.

Were you installing quickstart, or just the template? More information would be helpful.

@sypearl: I tried to test quickstart JA Argo Template with this guide but i could not duplicate the same error mentioned, you can try it again or can you show me step by step you get that error then I will find solution to help you out

i use php 5.3.

If you can push your site live and pm me the detail access information to your site, i might be able to help you out. Right now its difficult to guess the issue and solution without actually being able to see it.

I found the problem on your site, because JAT3 plugin framework was duplicated.

JA Argo Template is running with latest JAT3 plugin framework, i have disabled old version and the problem is gone
