Hello

K2 filter is a paid extension or it is included in JAEC , you will need to purchase it and then install it
It is explained also HERE

So if I install quickstart, then also I will have to buy it seperately?

Yes it is not a complimentary extension then not included into the quickstart package , so you will need to purchase it separately.
