When I install JA Events and JA T3 Framework, then go JA_Events in the Template Manager, all I see is this

I’ve redone the process a couple of times now. Joomla 2.5.1.

Please advise.

Nevermind. The Framework was checked out. Checked it in and Template Manager works.
