I think that your server is using the default configuration, so that the installation could not complete.
You must change some configurations like my snapshort

You check the server’s configuration as follow:
You create a file named is “info.php” and put codes inside the file:
[PHP] <?php phpinfo();?>[/PHP]
You open the file via the browser, you ‘ll see the configuration. If you could not configure, please contact the hosting service, you ask they do this task .
Or You install the quick start on the localhost and then you move the quickstart from localhost to the server
