When I tried to install this template I am getting an error:

Failed to move uploaded file to /media directory.

Someone plase advise how to fix this….

can you please provide some more information?

Wich version are you installing?

Did you use quickstart yes no?

If you could provide us with detailed info on how you installed the template, we can then give you the relevant support you’re looking for.

Can you please start from the beginning (whether you unzipped a quickstart zip file and uploaded it all to the root of your server OR whether you simply installed the template using Joomla’s Install / Unistall feature in the backedn).

You can go to admin panel, Help>System Info> and the Directory Permissions tab and check that all folders there is listed as writeable(green)
