First let me say that I have been with other template clubs and that the joomlart templates are some of the best. that is why I became a member and I purchased a custom demo installation of edenite for a website called tfnetwork.net and have not heard back on the install it has been 48 hours since I purchased the install and I expected a 24 hour turn around time. can you tell me when I can expect completion of the install. I would certainly suggest that if their is a delay that I be informed it is frustrating not to get answers to my queries for update. or that emails are not responded to.

need better support especially on a custom install

Hi bitran

I read somewhere on the forum (but can’t remember where now) that JA staff do not perform Custom installs over the weekend.

I imagine they will be in touch Monday.
