    Hi,

Please make sure that the database account you’re using during the installation has sufficient privileges (INSERT included) before you continue with the installation.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi,

Yes, it did help. It tells me that I don’t understand it and need help from server support team. I asked them to do this for me. I previously posted here to check if this involve the code or not. Thanks again 🙂

I purchased a basic license on Friday, as I want to trial the jb board component for a few days, At first I couldnt download it as the server was down and now I have downloaded it I cant install it.

All the modules and extra install but not the main component?

Am I missing or forgetting something? I have rasied issue with with a support ticket too, but as yet no response?

    Thanks

    Hi sandstorm871,

This is due to the setting of maximum file uploading on your server is <=2M while Job Board component is over 3M. Please

    1. Contact your server administrator to go file php.ini and reset the file upload maximizationto >3M
    2. Or you can upload component via FTP for installation

    Hi,

    Thanks for you reply.

I added in the code to a php5.ini file as suggested and uploaded OK, just playing around with the component now.

    Thanks again.
    Andy
