I have been trying to upload this for over an hour but it does not work.

First I did not find any file named “ja_zinc_template_j1.0.zip” after extraction. I tried to upload: “tpl_zinc_j10” but I keep getting error saying failed to upload media. I checked my media permission and it is writeable.

I also tried installing other template and it worked. Can anyone tell me what is going on here?

I have been having the same problem with the 1.5 version. I tried using Firefox, using IE, and using another computer. Each time it errors and times out. Please help. :((

Same result here. Kind of hard to use templates if support doesn’t help those trying to do so.
