I’ve downloaded the JA Teline III, trying to install it on our first domain, http://www.vector-informatics.com/cms/ but it’s 35 MB so whenever I upload it, it times out. I’ve tried uploading it to our other site via FTP and installing via http but that doesn’t work either.
– How can I install it via http?
– What is another solution to install the template?
The internet what I’m using is residential DSL with 400k/upload. Other templates have been installed without issue.

You could first unzip the quickstart package, than upload files seperately.

What micrantha says is correct.
If you really want to use the zip file you can try to reduce the size by removing demo images (upload them later or compress them)
The demo content images are about 90% of the total size, compression can already bring the zip file to 15MB with ease instead of 35.
You will find them in the zip file in the following folder:
imagesstoriesdemo

easy for you to install it.
1. creat new folder called: new or CMS like your folder
2. Downlaod from Joomlar and UnZip it.
3. Use FTP to upload qs_j1514_ja_telineiii.zip in fyour fonlder: quickstart/qs_j1515_ja_telineiii.zip
4. Login to Your cpanel / file manager/your folder / and click to extract Button
5. Open your browser address: http://www.vector-informatics.com/cms/ or new to installation it
