NEVERMIND. I forgot I needed to extract the template from the download zip.

All is fine now

Tried installing ja_pluto_package.zip template but got this message:

Upload Failed
ERROR: Could not find an XML setup file in the package.

pload template – Failed
Installation file not found:
/data/10/0/42/128/857291/user/878182/htdocs/media/install_447daba6e59df/ja_pluto_package.

As a test I tried to upload the template on two different sites but got the same message.

Please advise. (I’ve uinstalled other templates from JA before with no problems. (Got the template from the members download section.)

Yeah, glad to hear that, Rowby! 😀

We have noticed this installation problem (just like your issue) and have decided to re-organized the download system. From now, every our template should have different packages (if need), for example: the installation package, the source pakage, etc… We hope this may help you and others a lot in avoiding installation issue. 😉
