Hi,
I am using the Joomla 3.2 Quickstart package. I can’t seem to figure out why the package isn’t installing. I am more than happy to provide you with my server information if need be. I don’t use cPanel either as I’m using Nginx 1.4.4 + PHP5.5+ PHP-FPM and would like if you can assist me with debugging issues that are existant.

Hi

I installed on your website the quickstart

The problems encountered is due to the user rights

The user you gave me and used for installation, cannot create folders, for this reason at the end of installation configuration.php file and temp folders cannot be created and also installation folder removed.

Ask to your hosting provider the correct settings for the user need to have complete access to your root folder and can create – update – delete
