Sorry for my stupid questions, but it is the first time I buy a commercial template for Joomla and I do not know what to do now.

I downloaded the file called “JA_Nagya_for_Joomla_1.5.zip”, and inside the zip archive there are two directories : Quickstart and Template. Well, what to do with that ? I tried to compress the Quickstart directory to install it, but no way. I just don’t understand the purpose of that package of files called “Quickstart”, and how to use it.

Then I compressed the Template directory and managed to install it. But two problems appeared :

    1) Is it normal I get a 404 error code when I click anywhere on the menu or on most of the homepage links ?

    2) The wonderful pictures of the clock and the lock do not appear at all ? Why ?

I read on the forum it depends of the newsflash module, but how to install / configure it ?

By the way, have I any extensions to install after the template package ? In that case, where are the files to install for the needed extensions ?

To say things clearly, what to do exactly to install and make work the template and the extensions used by it ?

Once again, I’m very sorry because I’m an absolute beginner in the Joomla templates world. But I suggest to the designers and people in charge of Joomlart to write a clear and complete text to explain from A to Z how to install and configure each template sold. For a beginner it is nothing else than chineese language… :p

Ok since you are a beginner i would advise you using the quickstart.

    What is a quickstart?
The quickstart is a joomla installation wich has the template AND the needed extensions already in them.

Unpack the quickstart files and upload them to your host, then start the joomla installation. When the joomla installation is ready you will have joomla installed AND the template up and running with all needed extensions without any manual work!

    Good luck! 🙂

I have another installation problem too… after the JA Nagya template installation i can´t choose in the JA tab module the gold-template. the jeans-template is missing also. I can choose between barite, default and kulanite  maybe it can be the wrong tabs module? not für Nagya? I am pleased for answer and sorry for my bad english. I´m german 😉

    Kind regards
    Inga
